I think that's more of skinny rather than masculine? I you think that part on his side torso is obliques or ribs? It's kinda weird if he had obliques and zero packs on his belly?

how do I pass the moment where the main character's ex drinks coffee and she gets allergic? I choose to have Lance help her. After that, a conversation begins between Lance and Sassy, and all the dialogues with Sassy lead to the end of the game. What am I doing wrong?

"YOU DIED" because before it you give wrong coffee to visitors and popularity down and the coffee shop was closed
