Read the changelog. She is in the dark halls with ghosts on the east side, except nothing spawns until after she has been saved. You'll need a light source too.

tbh I never even considered they could be dodged. You could experiment with different game speeds if you want to see if they can be out sprinted.

finally turned into a girl and started looking for the 4 dream pregnancies but it doesn't go well. I'm sure I did the blue ghost, broodmother and harlequin in the dream hub basement and read somewhere that the fourth one is from perfect Festival of Life but can't get it from it (did I make mistake?).

Will try the mirror trick that supposedly works with pregnancy and if that still works will try it with manhood.
Would appreciate if someone told me if it's possible (just knowing that it's possible would be great)

Thanks. I will give it a try. There were some things that I wanted to do differently anyway (got some lore by "accident") so I will start from the beginning.
Edit: Following the advice worked and completed that challenge, there should be another method though since you learn about it to far in the game.

Is there any way to fix this "Unknown organism detected" glitch on the lab? I already used the C-ALPHA and went through the decontamination chamber. Is it intended that you're not meant to be able to go through scanners ever again after getting hit by a venus? I know I can mirror swap in the mansion and then come back here but my intention is to start here and then go to other places.
Edit: After reloading my save, I don't even think the issue was the venus, for some reason somewhere along the way I picked something up that doesn't alter my character's appearance in any way but inhibits her from going through scanners, I tried a bunch of different stuff and nothing worked, I had to start a new save, I think I'll just reload everytime I get attacked by a monster now, it kind of sucks since I like seeing all the different scenes but not getting access to the gun and the control panel in the lab is far too game breaking

Found two issues lately.
In wardrobe if you wear some clothes that contains few pieces in one (like school uniform) and pick "undress one" you'll stuck.
I was cooking "leafy omelette" and got my energy reach zero. Felt asleep in the middle of cooking (while timer was on) and got into this "Kari mansion" event. After I woke up and got this morning conversation with Kari - I used my oven and game crushed. After reloaded the game from morning autosave and went through morning conversation again - all was fine.

One thing I can think of is that you have cum inside of you (maybe it was saved through the mirror?). Decontamination doesn't fix that. You need to go to woods and eat Flesh Pear, you can then take the portal to lab and check if that fixed it. If it did you might want to take the elevator down to the mansion and swap so that the appearance is preserved. Another thing that could be the issue is Malice contamination, that also isn't solved by decontamination and removing that is a bit more complicated
Eating fleshpear, wearing the EGR suit and then going to the lab to try and get through with the level 4 card didn't work either so it can't be that, I never even got hit by a malice before so I don't think it could be that, when you get hit by Malice your character turns into Alice right? mine looks normal, It especially sucks since I did all of the puzzles and collected all of the pages in this save, I started a new one but I feel like its just worthless to do everything again, maybe I'll just wait for the next story chapters and try to complete them in this save even if its bricked, I'm not even sure what could have caused it that's what's messed up, it just says "Unkown Organism Detected" (Unknown is misspelled) and doesn't open the door. Is there a way to just permanently turn into Jessica maybe? so I don't have to deal with this again.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I did the ritual of life in the forest since I heard it cleanses parasites but that also did not help, I'm still getting stuck on scanners afterwards, not sure what else there is to do, I think I'll swap to Jessica next, get a venus on her, and then try to use a mirror? maybe that will work but I'm just seeing what sticks right now

At that point it isn't a glitch and rather a bug.
I would recommend maybe use the sample vials in the Lv2 room, as trying to drain any liquid still inside you, but... other than that, there's isn't much more that could be done.
The other solution would be to get inside the safe file and manually edit the values (quite hard if not done by the author, as it's a mess of magic numbers...), something I have been trying to do in order to solve a certain visual defect when using old saves...
Note 1 - It's not recommended to use old saves on newer versions, as It's know to cause these kind of bugs
Note 2 - The visual error I have is simple. I suddenly got back the "base male" attribute, even while the files and the mechanics recognize me as female...
It's just visual, yet annoying...
Note 3 - try report the issue in the game's Discord server. It's a more direct way to report these kind of issues, and maybe you'll get some more feedback.
Looks like directly uploading the save doesn't work because of the file type so I tried putting it inside a rar folder. Thanks for looking into this

It's Venus. C-ALPHA works fine.
My only guess is that you think the decontamination chamber has anything to do with C-ALPHA. It doesn't. The chamber leading to the portal only removes the Squidrabbit.
Or maybe you used the needle and reset any progress you've made.
Using the needle resets my progress? that might be what I did wrong then, I always thought the needle was just a faster way to end dreams at the cost of HP and mind. The pages I collected after doing the puzzles still being there after needle usages is what made me think it was just a tool to end the dream, I guess I should have consulted Rin about it at the start of the game to know more. Does the needle actually affect the dream progress too? like, did I fuck myself over for doing all the forest puzzles and then using the needle afterward?
You need to explore more, both in mansion and other locations. For mansion in particular you need to explore it at least twice to make progress and that's assuming that you either know what you are doing or are very thorough. If you are really stuck read the spoiler below.

According to the explanation Rin provided the needle will reset any transformation but you will keep your knowledge so it shouldn't affect you progress. Since you still have the collected pages you should be fine but I would recommend not using the needle unless you are stuck. I haven't used the needle myself so I'm not sure what exactly is affected by the reset.
