mm_sub means the character name/tag for variable. Sub is submisive. MM is Emma Maywood/Mom. Each varible has a short hand version
Is it possible to get rid off Sofia's birth control before having a threesome with her and Jake? I want to let Jake impregnated her

There's an old guide on how to get a bunch of the scenes. It's pretty dated but the way to get Sofia off her birth control in week one should still work.

You could try giving Sofia pregnancy dreams during the first week of school, on Monday and Thursday. Then on the weekend go talk to her and ask her to stop taking BC. Honestly don't know if that will work tho. I always turn Jake into Jane.

What does telling Sofia to abort the pregnancy do? Does she remain off of birth control afterwards?

So I just did some testing and even though the Jake threesome has the possibility of him knocking her up, I don't think it's actually possible without cheating variables or using a checkpoint mod.
- Convincing Sofia to remove her own birth control happens during the same time slot as the Jake threesome.
- The Bimbo route where you remove it on the second transformation has you the player knock her up in the same scene as the birth removal.
