I was unable to play with my old saves, I used the walkthrough mod. I had to restart from a new save, this time using
gamingdevil800 guide instead. So far only 1 bug, in the sex shop with Audrey but there are like 3 missing images after that. If I didnt restart, it will be exception every frame, unplayable.

Is this game buggy? I read some of the reviews and one of the biggest complaint was how buggy it was? Also is it good? I keep thinking of another game.

Just get the compressed. It is smaller than any of them parts.
so all we got now are links with the newest 1301 update.
Somebody made one comment that the parts were the late 1211 update,
