If it is possible, it may be blocked if you are in a relationship with either Chloe or Lauren because those relationships are both allegedly exclusive and implicitly public. Plus she hates Chloe lol.

But read well. If you don't have a "girlfriend" to get Nora, you must be "loyal". If you have one or several girlfriends, you have to be "confident" so that the loyal or confident trait is activated so that the relationship begins.
There is a scene where Clhoe says that for one day she can share her boyfriend and Nora "laughs".

Same here, and I didn't use path builder as the sex scene with Nora is near the end of CK1. I already posted pics from that (inside a spoiler).
Any plans for the girls to fight if your cheating on them? Like if the girls your courting have high romance points and checkpoints? Love me some drama in certain playthroughs. And wonder what scenarios and plot points your planning for the rest of act 2 now that the elections over.
