So i saw the free version of this game on Steam, it contains act 1 - 3, while F95Zone only has Act 2. Is the version here outdated or Steam version using different terminology since i saw CK2 (the paid version) also on Steam

These are two separate games on F95Zone. These are all current versions from Steam on F95Zone. Act I is College Kings (contains Acts I-III) and Act II is College Kings 2 (contains 1-2 Episodes). Just download the one you want.

There is no point in playing this outdated version called "before reworked". It won't be compatible with anything in 2023. Play the latest version, as College Kings 2 is not yet a complete game. CK1 then CK2.

Launch the game and check the game version in the main menu in the lower right corner. You might have downloaded the wrong version or someone made a mistake when naming the archive. Version 1.2.15 should be in the game if you downloaded it from the main post.

It says 1.1.2s so I guess its old version. But when I download SS1 last year there is SS2 available already. Did they update SS1 at some point during 12/2022 and now? It that was the case is it save compatible?

College Kings was updated in 2022 and 2023. On February 23 an update came out that added fixes to the phone and merged images and scripts into single files to improve load time. I don't know what data you have in your game save file but if the scripts have changed in some way since you saved your game then the save will be incompatible. You need to check your game save yourself. The latest version here is 1.2.16.

probably been asked before, is there (Girlfriend) status at all? or is it the same as (Dating)?

cuz I've seen the walkthrough and the first choice in part 2 with Chloe has Girlfriend in it not Dating, now I do have a few FWB girls, but if I can I would like to get the Girlfriend status with Chloe.

having GF status with Chloe really isn't much different than fwb. there is only more scenes with her if you are helping her with her reelection stuff. since Chloe was my main choice from my initial playthrough, i always thought that she was more of a fuck buddy than a gf.
Nora is my main girl now though.

I think I might need to just redownload the entire thing.... But basically if I get the F95zone you can use the pixeldrain files and it will work? I tried applying it to an alt version of CK v.2.something.orother and it just broke until i removed the files. I have the gallery unlocker for the entire thing I just cant play the storyline at all...

If you mean the files from Unlocker Episode 2 then you need to download College Kings 2 v2.2.11 because the script is for 2.2.11 version.
