As to the harem, it really boils down to what you consider a harem. You can have a number of the LI's with a FWB status. There's no formalized commitment towards them just being with the MC, although they never talk about seeing other people that I've recall.

Imo Harem is when everyone okay with mc fooling around with other LIs and no hard feeling yet there couple of issues for example Emily case,fwb is fine tbh just y'know it would be good if there are no consequences later on

As for pregnancy i think it's good idea i mean not for all LIs but some LIs like Chloe,Lauren,Nora or other girls with Motherhood vibes I mean some girls like Aubrey obviously isn't mother materials

There is a variable named "harem_mode."
No clue what it is for.
A harem doesn't suit this game.

I can't see any LIs being on board with it except for Riley or Autumn.
Very out of character for everyone else and would ruin immersion.

It would have been nice if the MC could be a player longer with promiscuous baddies and the FWB status was utilized better.
There should be more dialogue if the MC has a girlfriend but is having a fling with a FWB.
Even a few extra lines would increase immersion.

Sucks how so many scenes are girlfriend status exclusive now.
No reason why some of the Chloe/Riley/Lindsay/Aubrey scenes couldn't have been FWB.

Lame how Riley ends FWB if Lauren is your girlfriend because she had no problem with it before.
Same with Aubrey.
She is neck and neck with Amber in wildness, then all of a sudden becomes noble and backs off if the MC has a girlfriend.

Her development didn't justify such a drastic change so quickly.
At the latest point in the game, the most girlfriends the MC can have are 3?
One Chick sorority member, Lauren, and Penelope.

Penelope joining the Deers means that she'll most likely find out about Lauren from Autumn.
The MC may have to choose between Penelope and Lauren soon.
No strong indication of a Chick finding out about Penelope.
Lauren does have links to Aubrey and Lindsay because of her clothing endeavor.

VNs with strong characters I care about, I'll stick with one LI per path.
The LIs are pretty basic here, so I enjoyed roleplaying as a player MC and making a mess.

That's why this has lost a lot of its appeal in recent episodes, by nullifying FWB status as inconsequential, and the consequences of being caught cheating are barely acknowledged after a LI becomes a ex-girlfriend.

They go from ex-girlfriend to friend super quickly, like nothing ever happened.
Previous relationship status is never brought up again and forgotten completely.
That's no fun. There is a reset rather than real consequences. Not even an ounce of drama between LIs.

She didn't give up so easily with Aubrey, so why with Lauren?
No logic there.

She is always declaring her love for unconventional relationships.
She gets mad if you disagree with her when watching that movie with Aubrey.
She is upset when Aubrey rejects such notions.

I experienced the Chloe/Aubrey situation as well.
It's a cop-out and Mary-suing Aubrey, that she didn't know about Chloe/MC's relationship.
She had no problem cheating with the MC on the plane if dating Lauren at that point in time.

Now, she is Mary-sued and cares about sleeping with Chloe's boyfriend?

It would have been true to her character to get a thrill out of that situation in the change room, knowing Chloe was next door, and could potentially get caught.

They sucked the fun out of her.
Then they made her sister what she was... for err her path, while she became the lovey-dovey type.
She should have stayed wild and spontaneous longer, and her romantic turn should have been a slower burn.

What happened to Emily? She had yandere potential. It was a dumb idea to make her change colleges.
Who did she cheat on the MC with? Did she really even cheat? Was it with another girl? Josh? Unfinished lazy writing.
Lame if they got rid of her because she was unpopular. Not all LIs need to be likable.

Why make a scene for that chick with the boyfriend in CK1 that you have to dodge his attack and the strippers, only to forget about them.
The one night stands in Europe, it makes sense to never see those chicks again. (Club girl and dating app chick)
But the ones that live close, it's a waste.

Weren't some of the dating app chicks in proximity too? Guess that whole thing was not well thought-out and scrapped.

Why wasn't more of the faculty involved in the Mirkin drama.
The art teacher, the social studies teacher (baby card project), etc
Surely Mirkin's presence affected them too.

Mr. Rose, Ms. Rose, and Nora barely interact.
Why is she Ms. Rose and not Mrs. Rose.
They divorced already and she kept his name? Did I miss or forget something?
Ms. Rose is going full retard, wanting to quit her job, and run away with the MC.

Edit: I just recalled that Ms. is neutral. Miss is unmarried. Brain fart on my part.
I still find it odd that she uses Ms. when Mr. Rose is such a prominent figure.

Evelyn disappeared completely. Last time I remember seeing her was at the college fair. Lazy writing again.
I thought that the MC was close to his stepmother. Always updating her, then POOF? Never to be heard from again.
It was nice to get a scene with Kim.

Played the update. Like someone mentioned here, Chloe got the short end of the stick, but I loved Nora's event. She's at her best when in "homey wifey" mode, I'd spend my life with her in that cabin, I swear.
The update being advertised as being all about the nerd con was of course misdirecting, it's actually very important plot-wise, with Mirken's storyline being over and Josh finally becoming relevant to the plot. I don't like Josh, as he's bad influence on the MC, so when Mr. Rose told the MC to destroy his stash I didn't think twice lol. The epic confrontation with Mirken was good but somehow abruptly cut short. Here he's all furious, and then - bam! - and he's quitting. It'd be very neat to take the POV off the MC for once and show us Mirken at his home, being angry, barking Ms. Turner around and then coming to realization and ending up contemplating his choices. The man was the antagonist for a half of CK2, he deserved a proper farewell.
The ending with the Chicks 'kidnapping' the MC is intriguing. I wonder what'll happen with an MC who fucked them all?

I agree about Mirken.
It was very anti-climatic.
I can't say that I'm sad to see him gone.
All though I didn't completely despise him like Charlie.

I haven't played Nora's path yet.
Sounds promising.
I've restarted this game so many times due to bugs and revisions, that I only play one playthrough until it's more stable.

My MC is with Lauren, Penelope, and Aubrey right now.
Dropped Chloe because she cancels out Penelope.
Avoided Nora because she causes trouble with Lauren, who is my preferred LI out of all of them.

Maybe she thought that Aubrey would agree because she is more adventureous, but doesn't think so about Lauren?

That doesn't make sense on my path.
Because I got the three-way scene with Lauren and Riley.
So Riley knows that Lauren is willing to go there under the right circumstances.

She made an ass out of herself and assumed, which is dumb for her character.
She definitely knew. The writers are trying to make her a moral woman all of a sudden.
They didn't need an excuse because Aubrey is a baddie, not a wholesome chick like Lauren.

I think it's exactly that. And with Evelyn, too.

It would be nice if she returned or that date was completely useless.

I'm pleased that in newer lewd scenes with Nora, she actually looks like that in animations.

Do the graphics improve with Act II? The size of the game does not match what I expected. Not here to shit on creator or artists, genuinely curious if the graphic and characters look the same after Act I? Feels very much there is a background and then characters placed in it but no cohesion between the two after playing through Act I.

If I am wrong and this is a way off take please let me know as I am always looking to learn and improve my understanding of a medium I do not do myself.

Hoping someone can help with this issue I'm having. I'm playing act 1 and for some reason whenever I get to the start of day 9 when you have to respond to Emily's post, I am unable to save my game, all auto saves get deleted and get a traceback saying

"I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:

What is the point of carrying over all the choices you made in College act 1 to act 2, if all you get is a buggy mess? I use the Self voicing to read everything, but now when I use it? the game saids files are not found.
