I wonder if the exterior of the school is based off the Back to the future town square/universal studios backlot?
Definitely appears like it and the fact it's a school building instead of a townhall reminds me of the show TED because it's the same for that too.

wonder if this will ever get a decent sized update soon or if the dev is just doing his little fixes here and there to the old content that i enjoyed but don't really have any interest in replaying. again..so many times..

There is no point to Charlie at all. In the planning stages he was actually out to steal MCs ladies and was a legit threat.
