As far as I know there is no mod for Act I. Only there is a walkthrough and URM.

Is Lindsey a main character to be in a relationship with? I'm on the ferry and we've barely had two kisses, when with the rest of the characters the progress is more significant. Does it get better later or am I wasting the trip without hooking up with anyone waiting for her?

There are some scenes with her in Europe but if I remember right she doesn't become fully available until way later in the story, after you come back from Europe and go through the next arc with the election.Is Lindsey a main character to be in a relationship with? She became girlfriendable in the last update, but she rejects you if you're already dating. Sadly the game is a joke from what it use to be. From the save problem when season 2 started to
the many bugs, updates that caused more bugs, changing the relationships, more bugs! Pool party{they finally fixed it mostly lol!}
Yeah I gave up on it.....just not the same and still buggy! Any yet the dev still has a good amount of subs
the last time I looked. Why? Guess people just love these college games!

I guess it's because people understand that this isn´t the work of a big company and you learn from mistakes. The game is supposed to end this year and I'm sure there will be something more than decent at the end. Let's wait for it to be finished before judging.
Is there a part 2 walkthrough anywhere here? I want that Mrs Woods scene in the pool party but I am not able to trigger it. Please help. Thanks.

Guys, on day 32, it is supposed to be possible to buy cuffs at the sex shop with Aubrey, but I can't get it. The walkthrough mentions a patch, which I can't find. Do you guys know how to get this scene?

Need chloe path I think.
If you are in a relationship with her you can buy things at the sex shop and use them with her later.

Well, that's what I read in the game's discord.
It is true that the game needs several fixes, I am quite disappointed with the latest content but I have faith that it will end well in the end.
