It depends on the region, for me (BR) the limit is 1.5GB, but I use VPN to get around the Mega limit.

For Latin America and maybe some other countries the limit is 1.4GB ~ 1.5GB
For North America, Asia and Europe the limit is 4,9GB ~ 5GB
I dont know the motive behind this.
So if you'll use a VPN to bypass the limit avoid IPs from Latin America.

Guys, I met a bug while i was on the limo ride prior to the VIP club tour (Lindsey campaign's second part) with Sebastian and Autumn, it will automatically go back to the make out scene between mc and Autumn during Lauren's birthday party after we discussed Autumn's relationship, has anyone experienced similar issues?

I guess we have to choose the game night campaign to process the game at the moment... it's definitely a bug for that route

replace file in
game/compact/after_load.rpy
Steps
1) Download the attached file
2) go to where you have College Kings 2 downloaded the default location is
C:\Games\College Kings 2
3) double click the game folder
4) then go into the compact folder,
5) find the after_loadrpy file, then delete it
6) put this file in the same folder (edited)
