One with Aubrey and RileyAny threesome yet ?
my thoughts exactly, i even rejected her at first thinking that she wanted just another fuck buddy, she is not my favorite and I still prefer Chloe or Riley or Nora but she is very nice too, there are some other games that present very slutty girl that at first is a little rejectable but you end up realizing that she has problems that make her that way and you end up having feelings for herAubs is my favorite, I remember playing this game for the first time a while back and the very first time you see her(dependant on the player) is in the dorm room getting railed by some rando, and i thought to myself well thats definitely an fi(fuck Interest) and not a love Interest cause why would you have one of your main LIs be introduced like that? Not to mention she fucked MC when she barely even knew him but I was cool with that, not everyone needs to be an Li, but gradually over time she become more than just an fi, which initially I thought that's all she would be but she grew throughout the game and definitely grew on me as a character. She became good friends with the MC but I hope she'll eventually break down those walls because it seems like she's scared of being in a serious relationship.
Aubs is my favorite but i'd still pick Riley over her or anyone if I'm being honest, there's just something about Riley. Chloe and Nora are two of my favorites as well, at first I really just wanted to start up a storm by banging Chris's girl either as a wolf or an Ape lol but as her story progressed I started feeling bad for her and the way Chris treated her, then when he got physical with her I just wanted to beat his ass up(I'm still hoping we'll get to do that in the future)but until then we'll just show her how a real man treats his woman.my thoughts exactly, i even rejected her at first thinking that she wanted just another fuck buddy, she is not my favorite and I still prefer Chloe or Riley or Nora but she is very nice too, there are some other games that present very slutty girl that at first is a little rejectable but you end up realizing that she has problems that make her that way and you end up having feelings for her
Lily in that other game that shall not be named is that for me.there are some other games that present very slutty girl that at first is a little rejectable but you end up realizing that she has problems that make her that way and you end up having feelings for her
i'm in this exact state of mind. Riley FTW - she's just too dame cute - i'm a sucker for red heads, and I'm love dorky nerdiness about her.Aubs is my favorite but i'd still pick Riley over her or anyone if I'm being honest, there's just something about Riley.
Me too. Felt the same during that scene. Very touching.Probably the lack of attention and love from her parents made her wary of serious relationships with other people. I was genuinely touched by her situation at the wedding
You can name the game in the discussion. It is only reviews that knock it by comparison that get removed, although it is within the rights of the mods to remove any post that they deem to be off-topic. Giving a game a 1 star review because it isn't a game other than the game that it is smacks of unfairness and tunnel vision. Its own merits and drawbacks should be the points of discussion, not its similarities and differences to a vastly more popular game. I refrain from discussing it because it is just another game in the same genre and up until recently I hadn't played it. Having played it now, I will say that I have enjoyed the games in equal measure but for different reasons. Neither is a perfect game that is beyond fair criticisms when it comes to nonsensical story elements or plot holes. Your own judgment should be exercised when it comes to the extent that you even wish to discuss any other game in a forum devoted to this one.Not looking to start an argument or anything (seriously), but the 'game that shall not be named' - is it really that big of an issue?
I like them both, and while they both draw from similar stereotypes (basically a requirement for a college game) I think they 'feel / read / play' rather differently. (ie; this game is too different to the 'other one' to just be an 'inferior copy' or whatever argument caused the problem in the first place.)
Like I said, I enjoy them both, they're both well done as far as I'm concerned.![]()
Of all the girls in the "nameless game" you are correct, the toughest choice for me would be to choose between Sage and Lily (though Nicole/Envy is also a tough choice if you know her too). That's what makes the choice extremely difficult when given, Sage or Others at end of S2.Lily in that other game that shall not be named is that for me.
IMO one of or is THE hottest of them all, But what first was just a slut fest, I'm starting to see her differently.
Thinking maybe you could be given another option if you were able to choose not to pledge to a fraternity in either one. Of course they are some paths that force you to choose one or the other, then again I guess it is pointless in the other one since it is called you know what lol. Who knows at some point there could be a collaboration between all 3 (AOA, BAD, and CK) since there are easter eggs linking all of them together (Some guys wearing a B&R jacket in AOA plus Sebastian is wearing one in a scene with MC during a workout at the Wolves frat house, MC knows how to fight, Maya and Jenny are literally the same character model). Just imagine all of the possibilities! You can name the game in the discussion. It isn't a terrible idea. Games have crossed over before, even when they are in radically different genres. Anne from the Adventurous Couple was MCs flight attendant in Chasing Sunsets (which is probably my favorite game right now) and he didn't pick up her signals. I remember seeing the jackets in AOA and they even called the guys dicks. So it exists in the realm of possibility. There has been a fighting tournament mentioned in the other game, and no reason that can't be intercollegiate. It would be interesting to see how all the girls would interact with CK MC and Tremolo, I think in a fight that Tremolo would win because he already has the most experience from all his years with his dad. Grayson wouldn't even have a chance neither. Could you imagine how all 4 frats would react to each other, Apes and Jocks both would team up as would Wolves with the DIKS. I think MC would have Lindsey/Amber/Nora in his corner with Chris/Sebastian/Imre backing him up while Tremolo would have Sage/Josy/Maya in his with Derek/Rusty/Jacob backing him up. I also could foresee Sage confronting Chloe if she tried flirting with Tremolo lol.It isn't a terrible idea. Games have crossed over before, even when they are in radically different genres. Who would win in a fight? CK MC or Tremolo? Which girl would be in each of their corners? Why would one have the advantage over another and why would they both lose to the MC from A Man For All?
No its not a big issue. And no - you're not starting an argument. And I didn't use that phrase to be disrespectful towards another game as I love it as well. Instead I used it out of respect for this one, cuz I know there was some drummed up animosity due to the comparisons. Not looking to start an argument or anything (seriously), but the 'game that shall not be named' - is it really that big of an issue?

The only thing I will say for sure is that I like the BADIK fighting minigame better. Putting in the Konami code to make a move is irritating but it is a way better interface than whatever the fuck is going on in the fighting for CK. Half the time I just mash random buttons and hope to get a positive result. But I don't want to open up any other cans of worms because they are different games with different themes, albeit a similar setting. No its not a big issue. And no - you're not starting an argument. There is no-one in DIK I love as much as I want to spend time with Riley or Aubrey. So that's a huge win for CK. But there are many aspects of DIK that make the game more engaging at times with mini-games etc, and the art is sometimes better and the dialogue and shenanigans are sometimes more hilarious or entertaining.
But CK has it's charms that win out as well in it's own right, is just as engaging in story and plot, and really well written side-characters with some really deep backstories. (I wish I knew Riley's a little more).
Early on the animations in CK was inferior, but not so true anymore. Both are amazing and fun, and I thoroughly enjoy both, and there are certain NPCs who I despise in both (Tybalt, Charli) adore in both (Sage/Josie, Riley/Aubrey), and drool lust baba crazy over (Lily/Envy, Nora/Lindsey) in both. The only aspect that I think DIK has an advantage over is the sidekick friendship with Derek (shirtless guy) is far more enjoyable than those with Ryan and Imre (or as I call them - Bevis and Butthead).
It obvious and inevitable that people are going to draw comparisons, and correlations between the two - just as fans do/did for Avengers and Justice League.
