The game wont even start the download just displays an error message when you try to run it and the launcher version has the same error.

I mean, so far nearly every update was a bug fest, but a update which doesn't even start...let me guess, they didn't noticed it as they tested it

Yeah these guys definitely don't do any formal testing as most of the bugs in past updates have been easy things to spot if you play through the game at least once
