How are people who aren't Japanese supposed to keep track of all these Japanese terms? Not everyone is into that Manga shit.
First of all, I'm not japanese, I'm dutch.
Second; it takes only 30 seconds to just look up what something means. You know, like a dictionary?
Third, it's not just manga, its also lightnovels and anime. Even western media does those archetypes, their just not mentioned by name.
Fourth: i made a mistake, I meant in my previous post Masodere instead of Kuudere =P
Kuudere = Kuu - Cool + dere - Lovey-dovey (think of albedo from overlord)
Masodere= Masochist lovey dovey (This is a perfect example of Mi-Cha)
Yandere = Psycho lovey dovey (if you betray this type, expect to wake up with a knife in your chest. Best described as psychotic jealousy/obsessiveness)
edit: And last but not least; to answer your question of how people who aren't japanese to keep track of all those terms? Simple, by memorizing and just watching anime, reading lightnovels and/or manga. But since you're not into "that shit". It won't happen for you. To each their own
so that leaves yandere for the other one, loving on the outside, but crazy and will murder you (I exaggerate).
That is not an exaggeration. Since yandere's are psychotic and psychopathic in nature, for them to stab their object of obsession or to protect their obsession from "vultures", is a monday morning for them, though it depends on their level of psychopathy and if there is external intervention.
