Yeah, it got better. And I didn't mean the 'realistic looking women' there look bad. Just the first day presentation was not so good. Unfortunate camera angles and girls poses, a bit of unnatural facial looks, uncommon skin tones + not so great lightning. I guess this was indeed a first release from dev's first game, so combination of those smaller issues resulted in rather unappealing first look of the final product. But later everything became more or less okay, nothing more to complain about.

This time I have a question - Izzy progress states that I had to unlock Arcade through Adrian, but I am really not into that type of relationship. And by just 'hanging out' I only have 3 other locations, and after visiting all of them Arcade didn't unlock. So do I really have to pursue Adrian romanticaly to finish Izzy content?

It's a mix of AVN and dating sim. Sandbox/free roam in the sense that you can decide which of the characters you want to date. All are optional. And, unless some timed event triggers, you are free to decide what to do at which time of the day.
