Best way to be up-to-date is reading the daily dev diary on the game's discord. Or becoming a patron and getting the more detailed Friday reports.Update when ? It's been 5 months since the last content...
The upcoming update is the largest one yet, so I wouldn't expect it until(late?) May. Official ETA atm is "Spring 2025", which goes until the end of May.
Looking at the reports on Patreon I'd say it's double the work than update 18. Maybe more.

I'd like that too, but I doubt we will. The game only has two more updates to come, and as far as I know - and from what RJ wrote on her discord - those two are the endgame. I don't think there will be new pairings.
It's just educated guessing though, who knows what RJ has in store for us.

Too bad that she's not going to add new group scenes I would have love to see a new Mrs. Gee group scene with other characters. Still a good game tho.I'd like that too, but I doubt we will. There is another MFFF option with Suzy, Tammy, and Sara Death after Tammy's rematch against Sara.

Go to Suzy's character page and check her scenes. It's the last one called "Suzy's tutor". Starts as MFF, then Tammy joins.

I'm sure there is some gray area, but it's pretty small and Patreon's been acting (intentionally?) erratic and has banned devs last year even for sex scenes in which relatives appeared together w/o having sex with each other.
So when you're a dev and you need your Patreon income to pay the rent, you might tread more lightly than when you're financially well off and only develop games as a hobby.
If everybody in here who wants Lisa/Suzy to happen became a high-tier, long-term patron on Subscribestar, who knows what paths could be explored.
