You can. Everybody is optional. The only two whose storylines are intertwined afaik are Suzy and Tammy.
I'm an incest fan myself, I wrote a few words about that in my review:
Incest fans like me have to turn up our suspension of disbelief a notch, because the story is written in a way, that MC's actual mother died years ago and he comes home to his step-mom and her daughter from an earlier relationship. You CAN change the way you call each other to sis/bro/mom, and 95% of the time that works fine, but sometimes the story talks about your (deceased) mom or something similar. It would need a slight rewrite of the story to make an actual iPatch, but since only the dev knows where the story is going, I don't think that makes sense while the game is still in development.
Usually I don't like these "inbetween" solutions, but in this case I can live with it. The rest is just too fine to ignore the game.
Not anymore needed. There is a good in-game hint system in place now. If you want to double check you didn't miss anything you can use the walkthrough guide in OP.
So seeing the lesbian tag, it is avoidable? Tbh lesbian sex doesn't really do much for me and I'm kinda tired of the porn logic of every girl must be bisexual, and every male must love lesbian sex and even be ok with it and encouraging it, even when you are trying to make an harem and they start fucking each other in most games you have no option at all to be ok with that or not.

Not the dev, so I don't know what the story will bring, but so far there is very little content for that tag in the game.
- A lesbian couple in a cafe is kissing. They are not story characters, almost no interaction.
- I think it's implied that Suzy (step-sister) and her best friend Tammy are closer than normal friends, but nothing is shown. They are the only two characters whose relationship storylines are intertwined at the moment so if you reject one, you reject both (as I said, at the moment, no idea what the dev has planned). I hope and think they will hav nice threesome scenes with MC in the future (there is a foretaste of it in this update already), so if you want to avoid this content, you probably have to exclude these two from your harem.

Which two is it? I'm about to restart the game and I figure I better nip it in the bud before I jump in. I only want one so far and that's Adrian. But, it never hurts to know details.

Shows all of the hearts correctly. Working out with tammy in the morning didn't cause any issues. What was it doing for you?
