Like DrAddy said, everything is optional. You have also the option of a "friends only" path with both characters. No sex, but you stay friends, and can ulock the dating location one of them provides. Also that way you can keep your option open for a "no-dicks-touching" MFM threesome scene.
The game has lots of options to romance or not romance any characters you meet, it's one of the things I really love about the game you can be straight, bi or just gay as I said earlier in another post maybe add a couple more trans and bi/gay characters if possible would be good. The threesomes are great as was the scene with the gang members, I can't wait for more content.
