Looks good. As a Maledom Netori fan, avoidable NTR is always great to see. In terms of scenes, if you there is not a blanket ban on NTR at the start of the game an alternative is having warnings in the responces:

I generally try to avoid anything immersion breaking, so NTR will mostly trigger, if you specifically choose to mistreat a person.

I won't include anything that straight up says what will happen, I feel like it would make the game worse. I tried to make it, so it would be fairly obvious what you're getting into (like Saul explaining, that he would be the cuck and so on).

Small penis humiliation will be pretty much impossible to avoid entirely, outside of a few characters, also there is a footjob scene in the introduction, which is not avoidable.

Femdom/Maledom also don't have any warnings, so I don't think you can realistically avoid them.

Everything else you listed should be avoidable for now.

I don't think I'll be interested in the game.

The social circle feels a lot more diverse this time around. Samuel wasn't totally on his own in CFB but sometimes it felt like that the way it was all laid out. The 'landlady' and 'roommate' are also VERY good additions and I already like both of their characters. I won't expect it, since it wasn't in CFB, but I hope Evelyn and Jessica have some minor interactions/dialogue depending on whether you've had sex with either of them first. I'm guessing Evelyn is going to continue to spoil Mike in her romance route. Sad to see it's going to be NTR split and not NTS, because right now at least NTS feels more like something she'd offer Mike if he wants it. I'll be curious to see how much she differs from Susan's mom as well.
One thing I felt that Mike could've had was giving him like, 2 more partners after his ex that just so happened to have reasons not to question his size, like perhaps an older lady and a blind girl. So that string of 'good luck' made Mike assume he was just an absolute ladies man and justify his confidence and why he never thought about his size until the intro. It would add a reason he never tried a dating app either, as he'd just think "why would I need a dating app? I'm killing it already!" It could also add to why falling Uni hurts him so much, because he's been riding a string of good fortune and only got forced to face reality with BOTH failing uni and finding out he's got a micro dick.

I can tell you had a lot of fun with the random encounters and they feel right now like the best part of the game. Can't wait to see what else you add.

Delilah's transition seems pretty grounded so far and not futuristic/magical, but I'm wondering if they'll keep their dick or not, since it seems much too early to tell.
And on that line, is Luna ACTUALLY magical and going to have spells and potions during her route, or is she more or less a Chunni?

Sucks that the fairy wasn't integrated into the games. It would be awesome if she was with Mike as a Navi-like character to help and interact with Mike/the NPCs. Though this could make them seem kind of samey.
Orc Island was alright, but damn, the way the goblin acted makes me think that game would be a humiliation game for even the average dicked person the way Nora acted, unless the whole point was that usually the game would 'exaggerate' most people, but Mike being an outlier makes it not function properly.
Still disappointed Mike's going to be a rabbit and not a human in the Furry Race game. Him being Human and all the characters having the assumption he's going to be huge compared to their own species would be a good reaction/humor hook, like it'd be funny if the only racer that isn't shocked/disappointed is a Mouse or rat, and even she could tell him it's alright that he's slightly below average. I dunno, the reaction potential of a rabbit just seems a lot less because they're already kind of a walking quick shot joke.

I’ve never made a game myself, but I honestly don’t understand why some galgame/visual novel developers only update once or twice a year, and with so little content each time. but your game really surprised me. Even with some NTR elements, the fact that they can be avoided made the experience very enjoyable for me. I’m not sure what direction you’ll take in the future(focus femdom or futa on male, male on futa things), but I’ll be following your work.

The way I like to avoid NTR/NTS is by disabling it at the beginning of the game so that it doesn't happen and I can play the game as if it didn't exist.
