So... If Clara manages to manipulate Ren into giving her "MagnumOpus" sword without giving up full control, or even better, make Ren submit to full Companionship of Clara, we will have another epic-tier fighter. Unexpected, but welcome. I will definitely like that.

And i want Emma to accept her power in full. Start combat training to control it. With Arsael or Eda or Clara-with-sword, whatever. Dont want her to ditch it.

Also, will we make Jacky a Companion too? Dunno what for... but okay, pls elaborate. Simplest way i see it, invite her to Nael and ask Nael summon some idle Dark one to bond with. Or just kill someone for contract again. Yes, just like that in cold blood. I can already see MC is making a companions at speed of Legion at this point. Making faction on his own harem.

But, well.. we'll see. Thanks dev, ep10 was fun, keep it up.

Deleted all mods, started from the beginning with a new save. It's still a bugged save and can't be detected by season 2 client.

Every mod, icpatch, whatever will bork your game/saves and even the persistent. That's a undeniable fact, peroid.
A savegame, created with installed mod A can only be used in the next update with the installed mod A, it will not work with mod B or on a clean installation like intended from the dev.

This is false and there are plenty of examples. Sometimes it will take you a bit before the place wwhere you saved and that would be the worst case

This is the FIRST TIME i have to load a save with an unmodded version to progress. And i have been here for a looong time, always using mods/incest patches

Not sure if youre aware but you dont "load" it with the season 2 client, just press start.

The last version published here (before chapter 10) will not work with this chapter 10, there was a workaround in between, no clue if it was posted here.

What are you even talking about? 70% of all avn mods break when there is an update, there are even tools like mod cleaners just for that reason. People crying about their modded savegames not working is standard²

This is wrong, at least if you install on a clean folder. I never overwrite, so maybe thats your issue. Never used anything like a mod cleaner or the likes

Just read in any of the unlimited threads here, wait for the badik update for example, you seem to be rather blind if you think this is any kind of unusual/new or specific to this avn phenomen lol

It happens with more than 50% of the mods of updates, usually people just have to wait until the mod gets updated too.

Maybe youre playing just 5 avns or something, otherwise i dont know how you got to your conclusion

With season 2, I hit the “new game”, then Nael tells me to go back playing ep9 and the game quit. So even a new, vanilla save from scratch still don't work.

Where did you stop playing chapter 9 at? I played it through all the way, scrolled the credits, kept going until it was back to the main menu. Closed S1, opened S2 and hit new game, and Nael talked for a while, looked at the variables from the persistent file and then made the world and got right into things. No issue whatsoever.

I guess players might need to have both S1 and S2 files present in order to make it happen. Currently downloading S1 now to see if this is the case.

This is what I did. Went all the way with Emma thanking the Patreon, then it went back to the main menu, quit, run chapter 10, and Nael says I'm not ready and to go finish ep9.
