What does bother me though is that it took them 6 hours to go from Southern Michigan to some place in a desert in a taxi on their way to the congress. That literally doesn't make sense and bothered me so much.
Well yeah that is a little to short of a drive, nearest desert if prob 21 hours away think New Mexico would be closest to Michigan
But it was in Brotherhood territory, so that only leaves Texas.
Yeah that's true would be the Chihuahuan Desert which is also in New Mexico then it's like 19 hours to drive
