Clearly it wasn't closed properly. Terminate the process in the Task Manager & try again. Your PC's specs apparently can't handle the game's requirements if you're running it on an old machine, reason for the lag. In case I'm wrong about that, it's possible that you're either running too many processes at the same time, or that there's too much clutter on your machine, possibly also the case of outdated drivers or even some kind of infection. You could try lowering the resolution in the settings and playing in windowed mode if you're still curious about it. If you're worried about your PC's performance if you have high enough specs, consider updating your drivers, removing pointless clutter that runs on startup, running a system scan with Malwarebytes or Windows Defender in any case, and perhaps cleaning some junk away with CCleaner or a similar product.

Even with BepInEx, this could have been resolved with SW_Decensor...
Using Demosaic colMask, you can remove the soft mosaics.
Artists could redraw the textures to uncensor them.

I think the question being asked was whether the vaginal is not forced by progression and anal-only is possible.
Man I like the game and all, but Japanese devs love grinding way too much. Even on easy it takes a long time to level up.

I got this when the only review was 5 stars, so I thought I'd give it a try...
The game isn't necessarily bad, but it doesn't respect your time at all. As in, every time you do an action, you have to wait through a 5+ second cooldown before you're allowed to do anything else. I had like an hour and a half of play time, which equated to less than 10 in-game days, and then I just gave up. Maybe it doesn't sound that bad when just written like this, but this game just feels like a slog to play.

For me game was pretty smooth.
Although, at first I really thought that game started to take huge chunks of time to process my actions after playing for a while.
But turned out it's just a long-ass piss animation, that happens after girl cumming too many times, which just kept spinning that purple ring and preventing me to do anything. (It did not makes situation any better as you still have to wait through whole pissfest - that's just the fact that game have this...)
Overall: Good game if you into "train-games" and okey-ish if not.
I Liked bukkake elements - shoot wherever you want.
The ZOOM and Face expressions

you can use cheat engine to help lessen the grind abit but i haven't fully gotten the stats down in it yet
where do you put the saves on windows? the file location earlier in the thread seems to be for Mac
