I actually like some AI games. I certainly like the good ones much, much more than the vast majority of 2D games.

Voted, but I strongly disliked the term "cuck" there for the NTS fans as it implies several negative connotations such as pathetic MCs and humiliation which isn't cool. Glad you at least edited the opening post to make a note that you weren't going for that explicitly. Anyway, hopefully you found interesting insights with the resulting poll data. Cheers!

Except that Riley isn't cheating on MC in the first place, because Riley and MC aren't a couple at the start of the game. Rather, Riley is flirting with MC by telling him stories and showing him pictures of her sexcapades, and inviting him to start a relationship with her on that basis. If MC is fully aware of what kind of girl Riley is and what sort of relationship she wants (at one point she straight up tells him that she is looking for a cuck boyfriend) and he accepts anyway (rather than rejecting her or negotiating an exclusive relationship like he does in the other routes), how can that be anything but consensual?
It's not the usual NTS storyline of MC convincing his LI to cheat on him, but I still think it's closer to NTS than to NTR.

I recently played this, thanks to all the comments and discussion here. I do enjoy it when the girl takes the initiative and I wouldn't classify anything related to Riley as netorare, she is pretty forward about what she wants from a relationship and if that involves some consensual cuckolding/femdom/humiliation that's fine.
The game would've been a lot better imo if it would branch earlier, either you're not in a relationship from the start and pick a girl (ntr/nts routes) OR at the very least discover the cheating and dump the GF for Riley. All the Riley content is pretty hot, but it's soured by the unavoidable NTR story going on with the GF. By the time you get to make any decision it's too little too late, the game is literally over / unfinished. That said, I haven't played all the paths and tbh I'm not inclined to do so.
Wait you say he accepts anyway, and that's a mark of a consensual relationship? Wut? I don't want to debate the minutae- I'll simply say I strongly dislike that kind of story. I didn't like the original game nor the sequel, they feel like nasty cheating stories (and not in a good way).
This is very on-point IMO.
A key aspect of ntr games is they deny autonomy and refuse to let the player walk away from the cheating gf/wife. They must do this, because ntr is impossible if a player has options like 'ignore the hateful girlfriend and flirt with the new girl at park'.
I might have felt differently about that game if early on you could cut the old gf out completely.
I have to say that this game, in particular, needs more attention, the NTS aspect is amazing. to begin with, this game has 2 canon routes, a more active role in which you share your wife bc you want to reclaim her and a more passive way in which you want to see her drown in pleasure and she takes the lead, letting you see as a "good boy".For me, this is important bc I know some NTS games don't show the struggle and the excitement that comes with the sharing and just go to the business which is fine for a "quick" session. so I highly recommend you take a look at this game and follow the author bc I think their account is underrated.
PS: there is also a NON-CANON. Netorare fantasy that you could have in some instances and won't affect the story but it shows amazing art and hot scenes so is a win-win situation, and the wife is *chef kisses*.
