Recommending Complete Netorase & Sharing Games Master List

Within the "nuances" of NTR, what would you qualify a game where

- one or more LIs have sex with others while on a relationship with the MC, without telling the MC
- the MC themselves cheat
- the MC is not submissive but, upon finding out, can choose to not stop them
- the MC and their LI may talk about it later in the game, but the cheating goes on for a while as cheating
- no bad ending, or easily avoidable without the loss any relevant cheating content; no break up or lost love
- the end game can be an open relationship, but the majority of the game turns around cheating

I've read this and other threads, know the difference between ntr, nts, nti etc... People even qualify Netorare as type A, B, C and who knows what else I haven't seen. What would you guys say would best fit the description above? Would this list include games like that? I know it specialises in NTS and, therefore, isn't directly related to cheating behind the back, mutual or no. But I also explicitly don't want content geared towards angst, humiliation and shock. Sometimes I read the term "tread the fine line" - apparently, some games allow you to navigate on the edge while always having a choice not to fall into a bad ending. If anyone else has been looking for that kind of edge, what would be the best way to look for it?

So I guess I'm looking for something a little edgier than NTS but not quite hardcore NTR with the LI leaving the MC for another. I don't have a fetish for MC ego torture or emotional torture of any kind... Looking for games where an assertive MC realises that their LI is cheating but chooses to allow it to go on, without making it a mutually accepted situation, but still maintains the relationship. So, not exactly cuckold, sharing or swinging, more like acknowledging their partner as an individual that the MC does not wish to control. Possibly voyeurism could be implied, but not necessarily and not specific enough, as voyeurism doesn't have to involve cheating, or your LI at all. If the possibility of a breakup bad-ending is there, it should be tied to an end game choice and not the unavoidable consequence of a path started early or mid game.

I know you may suggest I start a new thread asking for game recommendations. Just posted here as I don't think this thread is exactly "vanilla oriented" and so, there might be some such games listed here that people know would match the criteria. Not wanting to sell my fetish to everyone, but I think it makes for an interesting kink, in the sweet spot where you get you get your kicks from taboo, without entering into the territory of masochism, which I understand is what hardcore NTR is about.

NTS is netorase, which is sharing/swinging, it is not cheating, it's consenual. Netorare is cheating.

I agree, it's not exactly swinging what I was thinking about, but something slightly more taboo, definitely beyond NTS, but without the extreme outcomes of hard NTR like break-up or submission. Although swinging is cool, when the characters involved have to overcome resistance. I see it as a good end-game fetish after a long build-up, but once they're up for it, give it a couple of tries, there's no longer anything new about it.

I see it listed here as a 10/10 - tried installing (the whole English repack bethemoth with the 4.9 mod pack) and playing for a while, but I feel lost concerning the gameplay. Anyone know of a gameplay guide? I've read a lot of installation and modding guides, but would like to read something that tells me how the game goes, since management games tend to take up a lot of time. Also, would like to know what kinds of NPCs there are and which types can be LIs. I mean, there's very little in the way even of NTS if you could only have your maids as LIs, since they're already (sort of) expected to serve as whores?

there are personal maids, and (i forgot the name of it) another type of maid that's meant for public service. was it public maid?

personal maids are meant to only be yours, and they will not do hotel jobs that involve intimate acts with customers. however! there are events where you can choose them as the participant and some events involve doing it with others, thus netorase.

iirc you can define the type of made when you hire them. i dont remember much tbh its been awhile i played that game

This is interesting. I also saw a huge number of DLC that had a NTR and an non NTR version. There's even a mod (from the framework pack) that's supposed to limit NTR to "light NTR". Does this mean that, without that mod and especially with the NTR DLCs, COM3D2 also has scenes beyond consensual NTS?

There's also Lewd Town Adventures, but some of the fetishes in that game's "Dark" path (which includes the sharing, also Mom, Sis) can be a bit extreme. Dating My Daughter has sharing later in the game, Sinful Success (Mom), Starmaker Story (Mom), The Agency (Only in endings, Mom and Sis), and Sluttown USA has public sharing routes for its characters (also Mom and Sis, although many haven't started/are still in development).

yes, each "personality" has its own routes. i forgot how to trigger them but there will be Vanilla, and NTR route for each of them. and those NTR scenes are mostly not Netorase. this is even without DLC or mods. those other things just add to the existing content.

but then it's difficult to go into definitions because iirc there are choices and it's pretty much straightforward yes/no. is that NTR or NTS?

well one thing I can say is that it's worth trying all the way through. keep patience, there's alot of things here
