Well, the second one is really focus on humilation of the mc, and the third is almost netorare and not netorase
Never been a fan of "ex-boyfriend as bull" premises either so I didn't bother to check this one out myself. But if his review is to go by:

I think Marina 2 is the best one of the series by far. The guy is essentially a male porn star so he takes her out of her element with his prowess, but also keeps it professional and there's no boundary stepping or emotional NTR stuff. It's my favorite kind of netorase.
i enjoy the 2nd more than the 1st, but the beginning of the second was very bad. She hides from MC her real feelings when is fucked by the pornstar, because she enjoyed too much. It's not netorase, it's netorare. But during middlegame she tell the truth to the MC and they turn in a kind of cuck couple. Particularly, I prefer see the wife being fucked better than he (the mc) can do, even if she omit things one\two things at first, and then tell the truth.
Marina 1 is only sharing, to much vanilla to me. The 3rd is purely netorare, i hate how independent and how indifferent to the mc she becomes
So the answer to your question is: depends what type of ntr you like.

I believe it's Nanaka one. But don't believe my words alone since I didn't get far into the game, search the game thread, there is a post detailing the routes there.
Everyone already answered but my two cents are that both 1 and 2 are okay even if you find a little nitpick here or there as nothing is perfect in this world. The real problem is the 3rd. Without spoiling, MC tries to seek a more "extreme" stimulus and tells Marina to do something stupid even though she warns him of that, you normally don't get that much sex scenes from the perspective of the MC since most is done away from him and the wife almost becomes a little too femdom for my tastes. I find that the last game could have been taken in a million other directions since the Marina saga is a pretty big one and MC could find more stimulus in a million different ways other than what they did. The worst of all for me personally is the ending, the same problem that the "onsen wife" manga posted here has in my opinion, just unsatisfactory in it's conclusion even if it's not technically bad.
I don't like to drop games, I prefer to always finish a series like this, but in this particular case I would recommend you to just play the 2nd Marina, the two gyaru games and maybe give Adelaide Inn a try.
Can someone give me recommendations for games where the MC has other benefits apart from just enjoying their girl being shared, eg: An Obedient Childhood Friend is Easily Cucked they get points for the pass. Adelaide Inn money to run the business. Thanks.
In Ruins of Luxoria, you have to share your gf in order for her to level up and get stronger.
Played it on release.
Overall decent game with pretty good art though the major drawback is the game is pretty short. 30 minutes to an hour. The endings also feel pretty rushed.
Basic premise of the story is that the MC (early 30s) is an innkeeper though his business isn't doing so well. One day a beautiful girl (20s) walks into his bar and strikes a conversation with him. Turns out she's a new adventurer with a pretty promising future and she's also joined a big guild. MC's happy for her and even treats her to a free drink as celebration and she even agrees to promote his inn as well. She occasionally returns to the inn every once in a while, however the MC notices that she hasn't been adapting well to the adventure life as the rest of the guild doesn't really like her that much. He's always there to console her and she even passes out drunk at the table, forcing him to give her his bed while he sleeps on the couch. Eventually, she comes crying back to the inn one day saying that she's quit the adventure life as she's got one of her teammates injured due to them protecting her and she can't handle the stress anymore. MC tries to console her but she actually volunteers instead to work at the inn as a waitress. MC is pretty confused until she then reveals that she had a crush on the MC and even asks to get married to him. Marriage happens, happy couple life, time skip a couple of years.
MC is happy with the marriage and his inn is more popular than ever since his wife is now the face of the inn, however this comes with the caveat of many male guests making passes at said wife. Furthermore, their once good sex life has faded since the MC can't get it up anymore. The real reasons behind this is that the MC has developed a NTR fetish and can only really jack off to thoughts of his wife getting pounded by other men. Eventually an unusual guest enters the bar that the wife recognizes. The MC asks who and the wife tells him that he was the guildmate that got injured due to her and by extension is the reason she left. Furthermore, its even revealed that said guildmate was the guild leader and was also interested in the wife. MC goes to talk to the guildmate without wife's knowledge in an attempt to get him to bed his wife. It works out though the guildmate mentions that not only did he confess to the wife in the past, said wife also reciprocated his feelings, however they never made it far into the relationship due to the incident yet he still holds feelings for her. Guildmate promises not to involve his personal feelings when bedding the MC's wife but also says that he'll only agree to the play if the wife is in the know. MC talks to his wife later that night and even though she is clearly against the idea, she agrees to go along in the hopes that the MC manages to properly get it up again in bed.
The fated night comes and the wife leaves the inn to go to the guildmate's room and bang him. She comes back later that night and reports what happened and that it was pretty good. MC manages to get it up again and this lasts him several weeks. A few days later, the guildmate contacts the MC, wondering if it would be possible to fuck his wife again however the MC is against it as his wife doesn't want to do it again and he's got his libido back, however the guildmate notes that the MC is going to want more excitement eventually. Couple days later and the MC can't get it up again. Another night is arranged and the MC is seeing his wife off again, though at this point she's still obviously displeased with the situation, asking if they can just quit before it goes too far. She even taunts the MC by telling him that she might leave him for the guildmate as he was much better than him, knowledge that she withheld from the MC in the prior reports. At this point the MC can quit and go back to a normal marriage, the catch being that his wife makes up NTR stories to report to him at nights. If you go through with the netorase then the wife goes again, though the MC gets to peek through a hole and finds that the guildmate is a sex god banging the ever loving shit out of his wife and even getting her to agree to go raw.
After that night, events escalate to the point where the guildmate strikes a deal with the couple that he gets to have the wife once a week and as those weeks pass by, the MC realizes that he'll never be able to please his wife again. The upside is that she looks more seductive in public and has a permanent glow from all the sex that makes her look beautiful. Guildmate even buys her jewelry and takes her out on dates, though he does state that he has no intention to break them up. Eventually, the MC realizes that his fetish is too far gone and he then calls for a meeting between them all. Wife seems disappointed but ready to accept that the MC may call the netorase off, however the MC drops a bomb and asks the guildmate to impregnate her instead. Sadly this is never seen however we do get a timeskip to pregnant wife. MC and wife are discussing what to name the kid and wife even says that she'll eventually have the MC's kid, however before that, she's already planning to have some more kids with the guildmate. Finish (seriously, she has a pregnant standing picture and they talk about babies so much throughout the game yet there's not pregnant sex scene.)
Anyways, that should be it. May have rushed things and mixed up some details but that's the general gist of things. The best things about the game is that its netorase and the art is amazing, but it ends far too quickly. Overall good game, just don't expect much content.

I'm personally not too fond of past lover type bulls so I'll skip this one I guess. Just don't like the netorase becoming too "emotional" and leans too close to NTR for me.
But the review will help others that are fans of this one. I'm working on updating the OP soon with all the recent recommendations.
Just want to say textractor has improved it's javascript hook a lot recently so it can actually hook a lot of these rpgm games now unlike before.
Not all of them, but a very noticeable amount compared to before.

After playing all the 10/10 games on the list, i ll say that the one that i liked the most is Gyaruzuma

Text hooker. Since its an RPGmaker MV game, Textractor should work.
I don't really pay attention to the thread list so even though I just gave it a glance, there's a chance that a recommendation I give could already be there or somewhere in the thread. Outside of that, most of the porn games I play are primarily only in Japanese and need a text hooker to translate what's going on. If you're still fine after that then these games should do you well. I also suck at linking stuff so I'll just leave the dlsite links in their full glory.

Mostly regular NTR but there is a small netorase path if you go with the thicc lady as your wife instead of the main heroine.
