I got another recommendation, Era games. For the general rundown, they're essentially Japanese text-based simulation games made on an old game engine with the focus being training sex slaves. The wiki has a good description (

) if you want to know more. Anyways, as I said, the game engine is pretty old and the games themselves aren't really pleasant to look at but there's actually a lot going on in them. The Era wiki itself has roughly 30 games (

), the majority being barely translated (and I mean barely because these games have a lot of text), but there are a few that have the majority of the game translated and they're pretty fun once you get the hang of them. Though the game engine was made with training sex slaves in mind, the list of games vary quite a lot in terms of content, from typical slave training to femdom to tentacles to time stop, etc. Pretty sure someone also made one based off of the Shin Megami Tensei games with full RPG mechanics based off the original games. There's also a game that's a mix of Touhou and tactical strategy.
Anyways, with the intro out of the way, I can finally talk about the main game being recommended. While there's a bunch of Era games with the occasional NTR content, the main one that I could find was EraSDMprotoNTR (

). This game is essentially an NTR game which takes place in the Scarlet Devil Mansion of the Touhou universe. You play as a servant in the mansion and you can enter a relationship with any of the girls in the mansion and even marry them. The twist is that everyday there's a visitor in the mansion whose sole purpose is to fuck any of the girls he sees, including your loved ones.
That's the general premise of the game but the actual game itself is both pretty deep and pretty messy. It has a lot of content with some of the NTR being netorase, however a lot of the actions decided by your loved ones and visitor are mostly CPU determined. The settings in this game are a must have if you want to get some of the scenes you want. In the settings you can determine the traits of every character in the mansions along with the visitors behavior patterns and content you'd like to see/not see. Another problem is that there's a bunch of different NTR scenes but its pretty hard to actually get the NTR scenes you want sometimes. The visitor can do a shit ton of stuff to the heroines in this game such as rape them, fuck them in their sleep, fuck them in front of you, take them to his house where he'll fuck them for 3 days straight and you'll have no method of contacting them, prostitute them, etc. It gets really damn good in the latter scenes as depending on your relationships with the heroines, context of a lot of these events changes. If you've told your GF/wife that you love seeing her cheating then she'll report what she did with the visitor and if the cheating goes on for too long she'll get addicted and can't leave him. She can eventually be stolen but you can get her back. There's also a flag where the visitor will use you're gf/wife to make money and as a result, put her in a chastity belt. The only way to get her out of the chastity belt is to go to the visitor personally, buy the key to it and bring it to your wife to fuck her and there's dialogue for the entire process.
The problem with all of what I just mentioned is that to get to this point in the relationship, I legit don't know the requirements. I've been playing this game for a year now and I'm still confused as to how to get certain scenes as most of the visitors actions seem to be uncontrollable. At one moment you could have some good scenes where he flirts with your wife in front of you and bangs her, then takes her to his house and when your wife is finally back, she'll show off all the stuff she did. At another moment, for some ungodly reason, he catches your wife masturbating in her room, then blackmails her with it and takes her to a village and leaves her there for the villagers to gangbang her. This isn't bad in itself until you realize: 1. why does he need to blackmail her when they're already fucking everyday? and even worse 2. This scene might end up looping every day for the next 2 weeks and to this day I genuinely don't know what to do about it.
Anyways, this game is a real mystery. I'm still finding new content to this very day. As i said before, the game is quite a hassle and its a pain in the ass to understand certain character traits, flags, item uses, etc. but it was worth it for me. A good amount of the scenes won't be netorase but it still has a good amount of netorase content and even the non-netorase content is good in my opinion.
Lastly, the game's translation is only about 10%. Most of the interface and menus and basic dialogue are translated however most of the actual scenes are in japanese. What I do is run the game with Translation Aggregator in the background since the game has a built in clipboard which means that translation aggregator will automatically pick up text from the game. Its really simple. No point in waiting for the rest of the game to be translated either since era games are really niche and the translator for this game doesn't really do much if anything for it anymore.
If you actually get into the game and want tips then I can try to help out. Biggest starter tip is go to settings and make sure that characters earn favor and fall faster or else getting into a relationship and getting NTR'd are going to take a while. Also make sure to set the Visitor to the one girl you want him to fuck or else he'll just wander around aimlessly and fuck anything that walks. Also, don't pick a fight with the visitor, he's pretty much guaranteed to win and I'd say the chance of victory against him is 2%. The cost of defeat? Anal rape.
PS. There are other Era games with NTR with a tiny amount of netorase implications, but the NTR content in those are pretty miniscule. Off of the top of my head EraTohoK has some NTR and so does EraSQN but I wouldn't play those games for netorase if I were you.
