I have stuck with the nurse and seage plot, with all the girls in the lobby. I have search all the rooms, but I can't find anything new (I have speak with all of them multiple times....)

Go through ivy's tunnel to the beach area.Right in front of the opening in the wall the are some pills scattered on the ground.Took me some time to find it as well.

Still early game, but am I missing something completely obvious? The main girls all had a quest to summon them, but I can't find any sort of trigger for that on Michelle. Haven't beaten Misty yet, does it show up after that?

Also, were the patreon codes removed from the latest release? Doesn't seem to be a password input on the patreon button.
