I tried to recreate it and didn't have any bug in the bathroom but I found one (not sure if it's the same as earlier though) while having a BJ in MC room at night by Emily
After failing to take a photo there's no option to leave the scene. But saving at that moment and loading this exact save manage to pass the bug

Did you try to edit the game variables at some point? This is not supposed to happen.

That's probably what happened, it's a save from a while ago and i probably messed with it in the past. Thanks for the answer.
