There's the egg thing, it does give you access to a very short threesome. And there's also the party thing, I wouldn't call it a threesome but it's the closest we have so far.
But judging by the pace we've had so far a foursome might take a few years.

You can optimise this somewhat as 3 of the patched functions don't need to be patched

Make sure you're copying the codes exactly; for example it's MegaCube, not Megacube

Because it's not? Besides the similar premise, everything else is completely different: the game, the UI, the models, the characters and their relations, the story… I don't see how you can get the impression that it's "a straight copy".
