Dream scene, I think you need to have high enough lust to trigger it. I also had the Halloween PC background on and the Pumpkin figurine on desk, so that might be part of it.

If using the browser version, you have to first right-click on the game > This Frame > Show Only This Frame. (Info from malcolmalbie).

Paste into the browser console -> go to "unlock patreon rewards" in the bedroom -> click "Validate".
