I've been also noticing some things I didn't before:
Hm, Sarah had contact at least before Officer Monroe saved her (on the arm, assuming it would not go through clothes, then already at the start of the game). EDIT: strike that, I guess I was tired. Only pheromone through skin, not the infection.
Except its what your mistress calls it or s.t. like that, then I apologize.
As for the cops i somewhat agree. I mean one can argue that they may didn't have enough man - had to secure everything, everyone is tired, and they thought she's "just" traumatized and help her when they can (next day or s.t. - she just arrived before and sleeping could have helped). On the other side not checking for symptoms is something that could be expected of regular people (no really, that's proven how people forget to check basics in such stressful,horrifying situations), but from cops that are trained, responsible for everyone to protect? They are yet only humans, we dont know how well educated and stuff, but it still leaves a "meh".
That's nice so I can screw endings like Sarah get's infected and Ava does what she thinks her sister would expect of her. That would still be too much for her and she turns willingly to the one (resp. many through one) person who can at least let her forget the rest. and maybe think of endings like

I hoped that you wouldn't had killed of Officer Monroe in 1 episode or at least he had made it further. He could had been an interesting character, where he could possible be a LI or a side character that would find his sister's whereabout and fate that we know from the prologue. Also at the police station it kinda doesn't make sense, since when Sarah were going to pee, everyone inside the police station had already turned to zombies without them hearing anything, felt like it could have been better explored as well

I think, unfortunately, that Sarah had to have been raped then & there, precisely because she (as a character) would otherwise have no options for sex in this situation (sex with a zombie is game over, and the only interesting character that she could've been paired up so far has been killed off).
The devs wrote themselves into a corner, and the only out was a human-rape scene for the older sister. It is what it is.

Perhaps, but only if Monroe was the only decent male left unturned in the city. Who knows who they still might meet as they travel?

Thing is, if they wanted to give Sarah a “normal” romance, and hence, “normal” sex scenes - why kill off Monroe in the first place?
this has been my new favorite game, the story is reallly interesting and the renders and animation are top notch. i hope the dev stays true to where he want this story to go, i dont mind even the most extreme fetishes if thats what the dev wants, more power!!! love this game.

What you don't get is that WE WANT rape. They didn't drove themselves into a corner. Vanilla sex with Ken officer would have been the turnoff of a lifetime... We're here for depravity. Not a porn game for softies. Not only sex, I DREADED the stupid love interest approach, thank god he was gone as soon as he showed up. Romance is the end of kinkyness and we're here to kink out.
It's 2024 I don't have to hide or feel guilty anymore about having rape fanasies let alone because some people find it offensive. I wish I was one of those girls this update, I found it so hot to be treated like that.
The devs have already hinted at a monster scene with Sarah in the next update… and also explained that they’re half way through the story with most character development being on Ava/sarah. This leads me to believe that a monster scene probably isn’t game over for either sister.

Yeah we will probably see both sisters being immune/carriers for this zombie/monster disease.
Personally i would rather dev keep to the monster fuck scenes but it is their game and i am just a pirate along for the ride.

Hey, man... or wo-man, it's completely fine. And I am not bashing your kink in any way, I am merely expressing how the game's narrative is written around giving the player rape scenes, instead of the rape scenes being the result of the plot moving forward. That's it.
And I don't know your stance on the "consequences" part of rape, but I would hate it if the devs swept that part under the rug.

Could be, but so far, we've had exactly zero hints that Sarah possessed the same immunity as Ava. For a game that is already halfway through said story, that is a big negative point in my book.
It took one scene to explain Ava’s immunity… dev is saying there is at least four episodes left. More than enough time to explain her situation, the virus, set stakes, and develop an antagonist.

There is one hint. She's been molested by the zombies at least two times and the dev said skin contact starts the contagion.
Plus she works at the place where the infection suppousedly was 'created'? You know, the umbrella counterpart, so even if she Sarah isn't aware it would not be crazy she has been secretely inmunisized a bit as a security protocol of the place.

is there going to be a free roam where you can explore through the city? or maybe some choices to branch the story a bit?
I ask because although I loved what has been released so far I would love to see a stat system where you can increase certain stats by picking different choices and exploring the city and the different buildings,
I'd also love to know whether Sarah has the same resistance to the virus that her sister has or not, if so could she better defend herself better than her sister can with the help of her military training?
The game is beautiful and I hope you're able to bring it to completion.

Maybe the dev will answer you, but they've been pretty clear that they are making a kinetic novel so don't expect branching storylines. Your free roam idea does sound awesome tho. I doubt that it's planned, but it would be great in like a bonus episode or something. On the first part no, it is kinetic meaning they wanted to keep it simple to focus on the story. though I read there might be one choice at the end
on sarah yes, it was written that her story will be a different one. I think many hope, she will get somewhat corrupted at some point, but she has some kind of limited plot-shield
