I wish more game devs did this. Imagine Rimworld devs having to run a organ harvesting Operation to make their game more "realistic" or Kenshi devs or CDDA devs or Porn devs or- you get what I mean.
I think there are copy char from different game. I remember the girl on the middle and right brown hair elf they are come from hard NTR game that develop by different devs.

i highly doubt they did any real research for this game.
i studied and worked in retail and i can tell you this game is not realistic at all.
unless of course asian stores are full of hentai characters.

It looks like the game was (planned) on steam but was removed. And the translated name there is "No Skirt Convenience Shop".
Weird because even on the Steam thumbnail picture it's called "Convenience Store Without Skirts"

games to broken to even play, as others said will make you have to skip toturial when you get to hire employe phase, and when the toturial ended it wouldnt even let me schedule shifts for the employes so i can really play
To skip the tutorial you have to put the game in Chinese or Korean, I don't know what it is and every time you hire an employee you have to change the language again
