At the moment Girl that available to be invited only Karen. You need to be promoted to Assistant Manager first (takes +- 2 days of work, if you work hard enough)
Then you'll meet Karen, interact with her, and take her to beer party where she eventually get drunk..
Take her home, fuck her, and the next morning she will confess to you... If you accept her confession, she will become your girlfriend and live with you

I think the pics you posted earlier in the thread could be part of the reason. Remu's pic is a hot blurry shot while Karen's is more direct and less flattering. Could also be their name's. Karen's name has been overused in shit tons of cringe meme's while Remu's name is nice and exotic.

You'll keep seeing regular updates in new scenes, girls, and events... and there will be no difference between subscribers and non-subscriber, even if you're not a subscriber, you'll still get the same content as the subscribersI hope this thing doesn't start killing a perfectly good product.
