Did you actually play this or are you just making a snap judgement about it because it has those letters and one of the preview images has that phrase? The quality here is better than some fan "translators" and if Dazed felt like being dishonest could easily get away with just releasing all their stuff as manual fan TL.

The true ending is fairly easy to get. I thought I'd gotten stuck when in reality I was already 98% of the way there.
Here's what you do:

When you can, explore the different areas during the weekend and just talk to everyone. If you just visit different areas each time and talk to everyone, and accept everything they offer, you'll eventually get everything.
When new rooms open up for you, you'll see sparklies that'll give you an item. Collect all the items from all four areas and you'll get the true ending.
The only real puzzle is near the very end

This'll get you the last three items you need to get the true ending, every other item you should have gotten from looting rooms or just talking to people.
Other than running out of time, there is no way to fail or softlock yourself. So don't worry about making a wrong choice and accept every offer.

After having the key taken away from you, when you next visit the VIP room in the weekend you'll find it 'occupied'. You can grab the key from the coat hanging on the wall.
If it isn't occupied then perhaps you're missing something else. Check if you've gotten some of the water facility documents already. Getting the key back is the second to last thing you need to do to get the ending.

What is the water facility? There is this thing at the research Facility that I'm unable to complete because the guy the researcher says is at the security company is not there do I need to complete that? I'm at the 60k quota right now

Good art, but holy shit, this is a depressing game. It literally feels like working an unpleasant job with a boss you hate but have to smile at, and the whole atmosphere is oppressive in an unpleasant way. Sheesh, not an attitude I want in a porn game. It has a cute heroine and that adorable "working" sliding animation where she jumps from one day to the next while some cheerful music plays, only to be greeted with another bullshit task from her unbearable boss. I mean, it reminds me of Public Defense Corp in a way, but it's not as depressing as this game. I really don't know how to describe the feeling I get from this game, but if you ever had a job you hated, well, this game will remind you of that
