I reached the end without any NTR on the husband's pov, two guys briefly grab the wife's shoulder. Is it a path thing or the NTR reveal/climax never got implemented? All I could spot with replays was the movie theater scene where she's kind of occluded by the dude she's sitting next to. Only the "all povs" mode shows something?

You need to play with the All POVs mode. Whether NTR events happen or not depends on the husband's choices, but his POV doesn't really show anything.
