Wouldn't do any good, you'd still have people who think this is the best game/story ever. Look at some of the recent reviews and alot of the defending arguments. Most people who have come into this thread have been attacked for criticizing the story's believability or the fact that the dev says Clara is a faithful wife despite the cheating, breaking Alan's faith and trust, breaking her marriage vows and commits the ultimate betrayal of the person she supposedly "loves" so much so quickly and easily.

Neither Alan or Clara are what they were stated being, Alan can't hack anything without being caught and Clara is only "elite" at being stupid and unfaithful. Hard to believe this team would be sent to "save the world" by any organization. If this is the best team an organization has, they wouldn't be the organization with "saving the world" missions, more along the lines of saving the cat in a tree. Clara and Leon fucking in the bushes while Alan tries to figure out why they went into the bushes and Anna puts out a can of tuna.

Did you bother reading the dev notes on the premise of the game because it doesn't sound like it at all.

A NTR focused plot will definitely start with MC getting NTR'ed (Main LI). But what the plot asks from you, the MC, is to make choices that would lead to different futures.
You as the MC do not have to "lose". Based on the choices, you have the choice to make a comeback and there would be multiple variations for even that. But be careful since if you are not, you can literally lose the game. It depends on how "corrupted" your heart is or what you are willing to do to make things right your way.
The choices you make will decide if you are going to be "Weak" as typical MCs in NTR, "Strong", "Indifferent". This is just broad categorization.

His wife was set to cheat from the start, that was never going to be avoidable. It's been right there on the front page since the game started.

The other women are for when he starts to fight back. The wife is done and dusted.
