She has technically two scenes aside from the blowjob.

One during the training for hidden voices, the other for the training of command if you pick the obvious option.

Tho none of them are repeatable, the only repeatable scene is the blowjob but you can only do it once a week (for some reason).

Is there any way to beat the robot Lomeg? I get physical failed with 8 physical

Are you absolutely certain that you're on level 8 physical?
Because that's exactly the condition to pass the check, any value under 8 fails.
Even checked that it was a less than 8 instead of a less or equal to 8.

Also it's two checks, first one for PHYSICAL second one for MARTIAL.

My stats checker says 8 physical, so does my save, and the encounter called out my physical, but after getting 8 in the martial it did work.

If you pass physical with 8 or more and not martial with 8 or more it will throw a physical fail along with a martial fail.

The stats can locked themselves if you fail the testing? i was at lyx and failed the strength test to a robot or something and lyx never tried to test me again in the same form and one stat of magic got locked, can i unlock it somehow?

Last version (0.14.7) was bugged, training for SUPRESSION (one with Lomeg) got skipped if you failed it.
You can retry the magic training again with the fix on 0.14.8
As long as you didn't end up skipping to the COMMAND training (one with Jonny)
There is a safeguard in place to force the game to give you the power but there's no way for you to experience the event again aside from loading an older save.

Wouldn't count on it as a lot of choices were watered down precisely so they wouldn't have to write more. Flavor text is easier than a branching path.

Make sure you are using the current version and if you are just dumping files in the same folder try extracting to a new clean folder as mods along with other things can prevent things from loading correctly. If you keep track of things that shouldn't be a problem but when in doubt backup save and try a clean install.
