You can't yet. You can raise Gwen and Jessica's submission stat by one, but that's all (outside of the story events).

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've had good success with alcohol.
Are there any console commands to up mc stats or increase the stats on the girls in the game?. When i first played this i think back to version 2.4 i started playing when i did. The dir() it gave a whole slew of comands now it give jack shit and my original computer had a short so i lost all data so now i rebuilt it and it dont got that massive info anymore.

Altering stats isn't a good idea usually, as Arc said before. That money command is the only one around.
