Pretty sure 3, all I can do is: Buy the farm, talk to Kana in the field, talk to Madison at night and investigate the burning building. All of which require control (and I can't find Kana anywhere). All other characters, I can' get any farther in this version of the game.

the game ha only two act, for now.
if you have go trhough the organization lab and unlocked the manor you are in act two. "control" is your power in act 1, in the 2 you have two "main" power, awaken and shatter.
assuming you are in the second act you must use awaken on annie one time, if you have already done that you can buy the farm in jessica office in the afternoon on week days. after that buy the first upgrade for the farm.
if you don't have any lead go in the manor's graden and read the note leave by gramps and talk to him after you buy the train ticket.

Sorry, yes I meant 2. I have the manor. Awaken and shatter aren't in my power's tab. I've used awaken on Annie before. When I'm told I need to use "awaken", I'm not given the option. (When I said control ^ I meant awaken. My bad).
Honestly, from moving save filee from version to version, I think my saves have, quite frankly, bugged the fuck out. I'ma just restart. Oh well.

Have you talked with your Gandpa since you got to the Manor in Act 2? He should have had a Tutorial about Awaken/Shatter.
He should be in the Garden
Yeah that is an Act 2 Guide for Exploring.
Mostly the game has an internal guide in the form of Heart Cards and Envelope Leads.
You don't grind stats as they are event driven. Artificially boosting them can cause problems.
Act 1 & 2 Have you tried Lily's Bar in the Morning? Sometimes you can find a book there that will increase Charisma.
Act 1 & 2 Annie will let you sometimes work at the Farm to raise Physical.
By Act 2 you can visit Gramps to train Martial with Ninja Girls.
By Act 2 you can also visit a Lake by Gramps place for Insight meditation.
By Act 2 Lyx, the Goblin Witch, who lives in the Outskirts will help you train Magical while you Explore (Hence what that guide is for)
Act 1 was a bit funny if I recall. Find Jessica, Emma, Veronica, and Chastity; should be hanging around the Flat, College, and Church. Sometimes in Act 1 you have to sleep to progress and I don't think the game mentions that also Time does matter so visit areas at Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. The shops play a more important role in Act 1 so if there is anything unique to buy like going to the supermarket to get Laxatives for Jessica's friends then buy them (Working at the Bar since Official Cheats aren't available until Act 2. Visiting Morgana should unlock the Powers Drift and Control. Chastity's Church uses Power Drift to find some jewelry though the game doesn't utilize it. Swift Tailor should open up around the time you can Control Lily for some fancy threads. You already rescued Kana so that should be good.
Oh and the Flat has a Laptop, use it to surf for porn erm I mean follow up on Leads in Act 1 since it's function changes drastically in Act 2 *cough* Cheats *cough*

I think with yandere she is on more on the crazy side than the killing side. As there is some non killing yandere characters.

Each Quirk relates to a Story Event which you have an option to unlock their potential. A lot of them can't be unlocked yet but let me take a look...

Chloe - Original, Seems to be on by default. Kinda strange but I don't see the variable
chloe_p_original changed anywhere.Gwen - Damaged, Part of her Yandere System. Neglect her until she goes Major loco, though that seems odd for those genuinely not interested in her are more likely to get this then those that are interested in her but meh I guess it's assumed those not interested would turn this off.
Jessica - Auntie, Early on in her story she shows that she has an Aunt fetish so indulge her to get this.
Pixie - Cocksleeve, When given the chance to fuck her small (Power Endure) then do so.
As for what they do it's mostly Flavor Text at the moment.

Sorry if this comes on often, but i had my sights on this game for a long time now and i would like to know if the pregnancy in this game is going to be sort of an ending for every character or does it already have pregnancy?

glad to see i didn't miss anything related to the quirks for now,
i'm gonna take a guess and say they might influence the endings if dev decide to give endings to each-characters
that, or it will basically just be flavor-text, i wonder how much it change the text tho'
like with Jessica it's pretty obvious,
i guess she wouldn't larp on the "aunt" thing as much if she didn't have the quirk
but i wonder how it affect Pixie's dialogues, if it does at all
Well there are songs and fables about it but until it's actually implemented it's mostly dreams and speculation.
At the moment Pregnancy is only a part of Daydreams. A Teaser of hopefully things to come.
As for how it will work? ArcGames has said about having an NPC toggle this On or Off so those on both sides of the fence get what they want. Though that is still conceptual so plans may change when it actually goes live someday™.
Annie & Kana have Quirks directly related to this.
It was also mentioned that all Main Girls, those with Heart Cards, will have at least 1 child. Those are in the far off future so who knows if they will be all girls, boys, or a mix. It was also hinted that they would be around Alice's age when they reach the Day Care so a considerable Time Leap is expected. There will probably be a major buzz from subscribers about how the kids will look once ArcGames unveils early concept art.
Not sure how it will effect the End Game. Still quite far off for that but it was hinted that the MC would have some events with the kids.

No problem. At the moment it doesn't affect Pixie's dialogue though hopefully ArcGames will include something eventually. She's a pretty beloved character that he spoils so I would assume sooner rather then later.
