Not yet, but the storyline is alluding you will be able to in the future. Morgana's probably going to be the "final boss" – the last of which to fall to your mind controlling powers.

Actually yes, you can use your powers on Asteria, Luna, and Roxy so far, although Asteria is the only one we can yet fuck. (And Qarinah, although not because of powers, she just likes to fuck)
