Well if it got to 0 then it glitched up. All stats start off at 1 and they are not meant to decrease.

He's using defines? I'm pretty sure that's wrong for variables that are meant to change. Isn't define the Renpy symbol for constants?

Well, it's pretty self explanatory... Follow your organization lead. You should find it in the Leads menu.
There is another button called leads (or something similar) next to the inventory and heart buttons. Open it and enter the menu. In there you'll find a lead labeled "organization". Mouse over that.
No idea. Try one of your earlier save files and test if the bug is still there. And I mean like way old.
Possibly. But I do not know. I always manually transfer saves from version to version and have newer had a problem. But I also don't play on android. Most likely it's a bug with the android version it self.
