I'm pretty sure you need to visit their mansion on the weekend during the morning/day. Tell her mom you want to buy the school, then buy school at aunts business during weekday. After that I'm pretty sure you should be able to teach in the classroom.

It is a bug, the code has two statchecks that you can fail and should be able to retry.
But this absentminded dingus forgot to enable the option to retry...
It probably will be fixed for 0.14.5a, which should be coming on the public release (tomorrow as the time of writing)
But people here only leak the first version, the patched version rarely gets here.
So either check Subscribestar/Itch.io/Patreon tomorrow or wait for 0.14.6

You should have them as an invite option in the manor's pool.
Well, yeah, the public release doesn't really need to be leaked per-se, it's public.
But what I meant was that the uploaders/mods don't update the OP and there's always some stragglers that keep downloading the buggy version until the next one comes along.
TBH, keeping tabs on the game that updates once a week and then having to do the same all over again if the game gets patches is kind of a bitch.
I'd report the OP so they put the new version in there...
But what, the next patron release is coming in 4 days, so it's not really worth it.

1. I am starting new on a nw pc so I have no prior saves. I have been trying to use the save that is tagged on the game page that is 12.4 i believe.
2. No error messages, the save just does not show up in the game even after being placed in the appropriate location.
3. This is a very new windows 10 pc using the english version.
Watersports is more popular than femdom? Did the timeline get all the way fucked up somehow? Also, futa and femboy being more popular than femdom is a shocker as well considering that in many cases those three somehow (and I really don't fucking know why) coincide with each other as on many occasions you'll see a futa domming a femboy and massive amounts of femdom is involved in that. I just find that femdom being less liked than futa and femboy to be odd as hell.
