Follow the directions from the candle flame. It should say something along the lines of the flame flickers in X direction, it's that direction you need to pick when the options appear. You need to do it like fourteen times I think.

It's not in the game yet. The wednesday build that gets released to the public is the same as the patron build that gets released a few days earlier on sunday. The only difference is that you have to wait a few days more if you are not a patron.
