I assumed those were story-related quirks that you use "Awaken" on to advance their story/unlock sex scenes. Like how one character had "motherly love" or something, and you used awaken again on her.
EDIT: BTW, its nice to see some Annie content. Cow-girls need love too.

Reverted Chloe's personality and then tried talking to her and being naughty, I ending up going back to the slave personality as soon as possible as it just felt a lot more rapey when she's fighting the command than when she is totally under control. I realize that may be a plus for some folks, but I'd actually prefer raising her love/affection points and slackening off one or two on the control to make her more of a romantic partner (after dealing with her loathing for the fey). Even though it doesn't raise the sluttiness points at this time, I enjoy bringing the girls to the club as it's the closest thing to dating at the moment, and they all seem so appreciative of the night out. I do like the two new features (personality reversion and bio information) and can see it adding some spice and play options as the harem grows. Now the long wait till next Sunday's update...
Yeah I'ld like to repair Chloe and build a nice romantic relationship as well
Though Kana's Festival Trip is closer to a date night... Game really needs more of those kind of dating events with the other girls

Love seeing some Annie content. She woefully underused right now. Hope this new event is just the beginning. Would like to control her, but the scene for now was still fun
As far as Chloe: Was a little concerned about the personality change update, but it's actually implemented really well. The ability to flip her on and off like a light switch is honestly very good, I was worried it would be a one time deal and you'd have to live with that choice. Overall, I enjoy leaving her in the shattered state and am hoping more characters can be left that way at the manor, but am glad other players that aren't in to that thing have an option to not do it. Regardless, it was pretty hot to see her get all angry and then immediately turn her back to mindless obedience. There's potential in this new system to create some homebrewed of sorts scenarios

I got all of the council members and girls unlocked but in the menu under the heart icon there are still two blank portraits. are those reserved for future updates or am I missing some girls ?

They're reserved for future updates. What I'm not sure of is whether there are only going to be two more, or if more blank spots will be added in the future. The cards are in alphabetical order, and there are two likely characters who could go in the first slot: Lyx, who has her own section in the gallery (as opposed to being lumped into "Other") but may or may not ever be enslaved, and Madeline, who hasn't been introduced yet but it said to be one of the "main girls". (Theoretically, Mona and Mistis could also fit there, but you're able to get Mona to a point where you'd have her card by now if it existed, and I doubt it's Mistis.) As for the one at the end, I'm not sure. I can't think of any characters we've seen or heard mentioned whose names start with V, W, X, Y, or Z. (Not counting Veronica, of course.)
Anyone can share their 0.3.8 save? I formatted my laptop and lost all my save.

I wasn't able to do anything with that either, because it said I don't know about her desires. Thing is tho, when I edited the save file, there was a love parameter for the Caretaker girl as well.
Goblin Witch can be done by finding her, then her hat, and finally her cottage

Fucking hell... I'm terrible with names, okay? Mistis was almost definitely wrong, too.
Although the name "Molly" doesn't ring a bell at all, and it feels different from my usual difficulty with names... I thought for sure that was the one I got right.
