That doesn't really tell much about Chloe's personality. She also thinks "God... Gwen... what's wrong with you? Help me..!" as if she didn't figure out Gwen is in the same situation. Arc already said that there will be a few days after impregnation and then they go to their last pregnancy state cuz all the steps between that would cost too much time for just one person.
