How the hell do you unlock the Casino outfit? It says now guaranteed way to unlock in Act 2 but no matter how many times I talk to Lily or Work in Bar nothing fucking happen to get the outfit!

Just started the game, got a question.
Do you unlock more scenes by story progression? or do you have to grind them out or something like that by doing the lowered tiered sexual scenes, for example doing HJ several times will unlock the BJ for the bartender.

iirc most scenes are unlocked by progression tho not necessary main story

Does NOBODY know how to unlock the Casino Outfit? The whats new shows you can unlock but nothing I do will unlock it.
