And based on what you say about what the Dev has been doing to this ...originally imaginative and interesting game/story... I'd guess that his focus is now (has been) more on the technology of coding and UI creation for the purpose of improving his own skills...OR...just that he LIKES messing around with code more now than he does the game itself.

Which leads to the sad conclusion that this game is effectively 'frozen solid' as far as continuing toward completion goes. He's playing with it, much like the Dev of another formerly great game who's name won't be mentioned (but rhymes with heavie-'live').

Short answer: It ain't dead, but it ain't goin' anywhere anymore. R. I. P.

Yeah, the dev really need to up the pace, and stop fucking around with established UI/story/basically everything, unless he wants his game to end up like innocent witches, like the game went from a silly investigation with some scenes, to a harem, to a full on war sim? Like is that guy off his meds or something?

THEN I will believe that he's not just coasting out teasing promises to extend the lifespan of his crowdfunding.
