And I think you're right about Lily's only being available in the first act. I started a new game and got it just by doing work at the bar. I wasn't able to this with my saves that are later in the game.
When it says "Enter Key" you type in a direction for your character to follow. Like IIRC, the first one is "Clap." There's an unlisted one "Think about Gramps" that opens a Nexus path to the dojo.

Guys, how do I unlock the last card for Pixie? I can't seem to figure out how to do it. The only other option I can think of is that it's not meant to be a card for her, which might make more sense since the hair is different in it.

I can't seem to get Lily and Pixie Impregnated right now as it literally says says something is preventing them from being impregnated... btw Yes they are at 4 hearts and obviously I got the potion for pixie. I also noticed though that I built the daycare after Kana's child was born and Lil' Kana didn't appear there when It was built. This is my guess but maybe because it said I had to send Lil' Kana to the Artifact until there was a safe place that I can't impregnate anymore of them. If that's the case how do I get Lil' Kana out of the artifact and into the Daycare or is it just bugged and I have to have the daycare built before she is born? If so I'm gonna have to load some really old saves or just start anew.

You should be able to get her out by talking to Artifact in the Nexus. While she's in there though she shouldn't be stopping Kana getting pregnant, share your save file maybe?

I really hope Lily's glitched out pregnancy gets fixed as soon as possible. As many others here I also have 4 hearts for her and I fulfill every requirement for knocking her up but it just doesn't happen.
EDIT: Welp, seems like Pixie can't get pregnant either... This really needs to get fixed.

I haven't a clue. It could be that an update accidentally broke something. I'll presume you haven't been trying to edit your stats via the console, which breaks a lot of things in the game. As Master of Puppets said, you should be able to retrieve the "lost" daughter now by going to the nexus and searching for her via the button to the right of entering a key. But having a child within The Void shouldn't prevent you from having another child, especially not with another woman.
I've been contemplating restarting the game entirely to write a good walkthrough for it, but seeing how such a thing goes largely unchecked and unappreciated in other game threads *cough*HolidayIsland*cough* gives me pause.

Welp I found out the Issue.... it's my dumb fault I thought the nexus didn't require anything to use. I just had to talk to Morganna to access the Nexus and appearently that was what was preventing my character from impregnating other characters. Turns out in order to impregnate a character you can't have any children in the nexus.

It's been quite a while since I played this but I honestly don't remember there being so much inner monologue in this. The MC seems to have to think for an hour about everything he does. I like the game but I think the "Thinking" could be cut way back and would have very little effect on the actual plot progression.

No, that's not how it works. You can have kids in the Nexus, you have to if you want to get the same girl pregnant again. What you do need is the Nexus unlocked, not sure how you managed to get a girl pregnant the first time without that.

I did my best with the update, but I hope you can forgive me if it seems a little short! This week the Organisation Main Story advances, there's a couple more options to gloat with Tom and a cheat to help people struggling with Gallery issues. As well as a host of tweaks and fixes. I hope you enjoy!

- Misc: Added an option in Veronica's replay so you can pick whether you slept with Madison or not
- Misc: Added hints on where to train your Charisma when you fail a Charisma check

- Misc: Tightened up the impregnation code so that turning it off should turn off ALL pregnancy events, no matter their progress level

- Bug: Changing a girl's outfit in the Heart Menu no longer causes a crash if you're in a Let's Be Naughty scene
