You have to wait till the mother accepts, just keep doing the storyline, when you awake both of them that's at start you got long way to go.

Once both of their hints say no more content go to them at school and send them home it should automatically take you there where you can then say you wanna buy the school.
All other characters don't matter, Pixie is the true waifu we need.

Full Gallery Save for v0.15.1 (and a save for the scene where the 3 moms flash the crowd at an assembly from last update) along with a folder of scenes that aren't in the Gallery/can't be repeated:

Installation:
1. Unzip file
2. Copy and paste the saves folder from the file into CorruptedKingdoms/game
3. Take the files from the inside of the original saves folder and place them in USER/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/CorruptedKingdoms
P.S: The uniforms at the College are set on "Nude" so if you want to change that (for some reason) go to the office and select "Do admin work" and it should be the option at the bottom that lets you change it.
