I don't think the manor navigation icons are meant to appear anywhere else than the manor, they didn't before. So I'd say it's a bug that'll either be fixed in the latest version, or it'll get fixed when Arc gets back from their holiday.
Although I've tried moving around the game locations and it's not happening to me.

The finished game is probably gonna have six ways to Sunday on how you trigger an event. I hope it doesn't end up where you meet the conditions for every one and it's random which one you get.
