It has also been confirmed by redknight00 (in the dev forum section) that devs can add it to the OP (if they have OP access).
(The rule of not adding compressed versions to the OP only applies to staff/uploaders)

question, or rather an analogy or reflection or trying to find an explanation: why are there so many renders of Melody from Dating My Daughter here on F95Zone, and not of the girls from Corrupted Love (Love and Corruption)?

I am confused. Melody and dating my daughter are two different games. I am assuming that you're just refering to the main girl in DMD. The reason is probably because that is one of the oldest games on this forum and it had a big following back in the day so there is probably a lot of people that are still very attached to that character.
Because I'd rather spend my time doing renders for an actual update, rather than doing 1 off random images now and again.
Yep, they can be changed in the Character menu (you can enable custom ages via the top right of the menu)

At least Lauren really doesn't look like 18... Megan look like 10, and Emily could be 18, but Amber looks more like 30. So katie would then be her older sister maybe 35? And MC can be a bit younger too. Making it more realistic looking...
Of course they could also increase the age look of the kids...
